Biden laughed because he was hearing bullshit that was well known to be bullshit 30 years ago. Seriously. I know in the US, historical memory is devalued and short attention spans are glorified, but there was not one single bit of bullshit Ryan horked up that I haven’t heard before over multiple election cycles, and I am still a long way from my AARP card.

He’s not even a lifetime true believer like a Helms or a Hatch. He’s the political equivalent of a 25-year-old hipster creeper, lying about the shows he went to “before they were cool.” He’s a MRA fedora-wearing Ayn Rand fan.
